    • This is one of our most common situations. Backing up your data ensures that you have your data and that it hasn’t been lost when your hard drive fails. There are online services, external hard drives, and several other options to back up your data. We recommend the external hard drive option: it tends to give you the most space and easiest access to your saved data. Data Backup should be done on a monthly basis if not weekly.

  7. My computer is running really slow? How do I fix this?

    • There are a few options that will help solve this issue. One is to check if your computer has enough RAM, RAM allows you to run multiple programs at once at a higher speed. Another option is to defragment your hard drive. This will help organize your data by putting it in order spatially, making it much easier for your operating system (Windows) to obtain the correct data quickly. Also your Anti -Virus program should be kept up to date and your computer scanned on a weekly basis.
