On-Site Diagnostic and Repair

With this package, we will send one of our qualified technicians to you, where they will service your computer.

This package will provide you with assistance in troubleshooting problems with your computer. Our technicians will help you with all your consulting needs, providing expert insight on recommended software or hardware purchases and what your next step should be.

This package includes 1 1/2 hours of technical service. Parts and software programs are not included. If additional parts and labor are need our technician will let you know. Additional work is $90/hr.
 

Custom Built Systems
 

With this package we will build you a computer tailored to your specific needs.

Are you not satisfied with the quality and performance of your name brand computer? If so, we have an alternative for you – a custom-built system. All desktop computers have similar parts inside, but the quality of those parts vary. If we build a custom system for you, we “hand pick” each part to insure that the quality of the system is uncompromised. By taking these measures, your system will be more reliable and will last much longer than a computer that was produced on an assembly line.

Our expert technicians can build you a custom-built system tailored to your personal needs.
 

Drop-off at the PC Help Desk
 

This is the exact same thing as the On-Site Diagnostic and Repair package, except that you drop off your computer at our office. Additional work is $90/hr.






 

Networking: Wireless or Wired
 

With this package, our technician can install and setup the right network for you.

Whether you need a wired or wireless system, we can install and setup the right network for you. If you choose a wireless network, keep in mind that it should be secured. Securing your connection will protect you from outsiders using your signal which can expose your computer and can cause your connection to slow down.

Our technician will:

• Setup a router to your existing internet connection (cable, DSL) and secure your wireless signal (if applicable)
• Configure up to 2 computers on your network
• Activate File and Printer sharing
• Configure Firewall settings
• Demonstrate how your network works and explain common issues that can occur during operation.
• Troubleshoot a problem on your existing network

$49.00 to add one additional computer to a wireless network. After initial hour the additional rate is $90/hr.
 

Hardware Installation

Our qualified technician will install any hardware or software you need, and show you how to use it!

Technicians can also install upgrades to enhance the performance of your computer. We will show you how to keep your system running smoothly.

With this package, you can specify up to two peripheral devices that need to be installed (additional peripherals devices at $49 each):

• Printer
• Camera
• Scanner
• Mouse
• Keyboard
• Speakers
• Monitor
