On-Site Diagnostic and Repair

With this package, we will send one of our qualified technicians to you, where they will service your computer.

This package will provide you with assistance in troubleshooting problems with your computer. Our technicians will help you with all your consulting needs, providing expert insight on recommended software or hardware purchases and what your next step should be.

This package includes 1 1/2 of technical service. Additional time is $90 per hour. Parts and software programs are not included. If additional parts and labor are need our technician will let you know.
 

Drop-off at the PC Help Desk
 

This is the exact same thing as the On-Site Diagnostic and Repair package, except that you drop off your computer at our office. Additional work is $90/hr.






 

Software Installation

Our qualified technician will install any hardware or software you need, and show you how to use it!

Technicians can also install upgrades to enhance the performance of your computer. We will show you how to keep your system running smoothly.

With this package, you can specify up to two peripheral devices that need to be installed (additional peripherals devices at $49 each):

• Printer
• Camera
• Scanner
• Mouse
• Keyboard
• Speakers
• Monitor

Please have software on hand upon technician’s arrival. If you would like to purchase software from us please let us know 24 hours in advance.

$49.00 to add one device to a software/hardware package. After initial hour the additional rate is $90 per hour.
 

Spyware/Virus Detection and Removal

Is your computer running slow and tends to freeze up? Most likely you have a Spyware and/or Virus problem.

Spyware monitors user activity on the Internet and transmits that information in the background to someone else. Spyware can also gather information about e-mail addresses and even passwords and credit card numbers.

A virus is a computer program written to alter the way a computer operates, without the permission or knowledge of the user, by hiding in other program files.

These programs can wreak havoc on your system by causing your computer to overheat and ultimately disabling it.

If you are experiencing this problem, call us immediately and we will help eradicate Spyware and Viruses from your system.

With this package, our technician can:

• Install and configure security software
• Remove most Spyware and Viruses
• Perform a system recovery (if necessary)
• Advise you on techniques to prevent future infection
